For a decade, the STALMIKA team has been helping its partners believe that steel can be beautiful. Today we are working to protect what is most beautiful – human life. That is why we have invited an independent research center and certification units such as TUV Nord to cooperate and we have created the STALMIKA SAFETY modular safety guard system.
The STALMIKA SAFETY system is the result of over 10 years of experience in the construction of mesh panels. During this time, we have produced over 360,000 m of fences that have ended up in countries like Norway, Sweden, Germany, Poland, and the United Kingdom.
Stalmika’s offer includes fencing panels for production lines and warehouse spaces that meet the criteria of the PN-EN ISO 14120 machine standard.
The panels are made in Poland by experienced welders, whose work is based on strictly adhered to procedures and quality standards during welding. Their skills are confirmed by TÜV certificates. After welding, the guards are powder coated or hot-dip galvanized, which guarantees that their parameters remain unchanged for many years. We cooperate only with renowned galvanizing plants and paint shops, which have an Integrated Management System according to the requirements of PN-EN ISO 9001, PN-EN ISO 14001, ISO 45001, as well as conformity certificates based on the PN-EN 1090-1 and PN-EN ISO 3834-2 standards.
STALMIKA SAFETY is not only about protecting people. It’s also about protecting the climate. That is why in the production we use renewable energy and have implemented the ISO14001-2015 environmental management system.
SAFETY fences provide double protection. First, they protect people from workplace accidents, allowing managers and owners of manufacturing companies to sleep more peacefully. Second, they protect machines from accidental damage and shutdown, which would result in high downtime costs.
Our modules are a flexible solution that can be adapted to almost any machine shape. The black-yellow color scheme ensures good visibility.
The standard posts are made of 40x40x2 profiles and the panels are filled with a mesh with a 65×30 eye and a 3 mm wire thickness. To maintain high quality, each mesh rod is welded individually. The frame uses a 20×20 profile with a thickness of 1 mm.
SAFETY panels can be combined with traditional, sliding, accordion gates. All system elements have been designed so that your employees do not spend hours reading instructions, but perform tasks efficiently and return to work/home on time.
